Spirituality is just a word, a placeholder, a symbol. It’s a sound we use to point toward something that resists being contained. For one person, it’s religion. For another, it’s meditation. For someone else, it’s nature, music, or the simple act of being present. Each definition says more about the person using the word than the thing itself.
